We know uptime is important, if your web site isn't accessible due to an unscheduled outage of OpenHost's network or hardware we will credit your account with up to 300% of that month's hosting fees. To claim a credit simply contact support with a relevant ticket or time and date so we can check our server uptime reports, if we were down, you get a credit.
Please note: Uptime is calculated monthly. Guarantee covers web sites only and applies to downtime caused by OpenHost's network and hardware. Scheduled downtime due to maintenance is excluded from the downtime calculation. Claims must be made within 30 days of downtime.

Any support requests submitted to our helpdesk will be answered within 4 business hours. Of course we aim to respond much more quickly, however if we do not respond within 4 hours you can contact accounts and request a $5 credit.
Please Note: We provide support from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Tickets opened outside these hours will be responded to within four hours the following business day. Issue resolution may take longer than 4 hours in the event multiple responses, or escalation is required.
