We can instantly provision a VPS with either Debian, Ubuntu or CentOS.

VPS takes a physical server and OS and divides it into smaller shares, giving you the flexibility and control of your own server without the cost. You can access your server directly via SSH or Plesk if you opt to install this when ordering. We also provide a Power Panel which allows you to restart and manage your server resources.
Virtual Private Servers are perfect for:
To use a VPS you should be familiar with administering a Linux or Windows server. If you require a managed service, where we look after services such as mySQL, Apache or IIS please use our shared hosting.
VPS backups: We keep a 7 day snapshot of VPSs that we provide. There is a $75+GST restore charge if you want a VPS restored by us. We recommend that you follow normal server administration practices and backup your important data regularly.
If you need more resources check out our sister company Web Drive for high availability, enterprise Virtual Servers based on Vmware ESX and a full range of dedicated servers.
"..There are plenty of ISPs available in New Zealand, but few of them optimise their server VMs and focus on customers as well as OpenHost.."
