Site Transfer FAQ
What can you transfer?Any web site running on Windows or Linux shared web hosting. We also transfer domain name registration, DNS, email accounts, databases and other basic configuration as required.
We cannot move services that are proprietary to your existing host, the contents of email inboxes, web site logs and statistics.
We will confirm a plan within 2 days and can generally complete migrations within one week.
We will need login details to your existing web hosting so we can transfer files and settings.
The process we use ensures no downtime is required to transfer sites. However if your web site does have downtime as a result of the transfer process the transfer fee will be credited in full back to your account.
